Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible. Sitting on over an acre of lakefront property on a private deep water cove on Lake Sinclair, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4000 sq ft home offers gorgeous views, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and sleeping, and a huge screened in porch that overlooks the lake.
