The home is on a forced air system, so cold or warm air is consistently circulating through. While the space can sleep up to 6, it is more suited to fit 3-4 comfortably. There are a set of stairs to access the unit, as well as going up to the apartment. Please keep in mind that if stairs are an issue for you, this may not be a good fit.
