I just finished remodeling this water front duplex that is right across the street from The Freezer in Old Homosassa. One queen bedroom, one beautiful bathroom, full size kitchen with everything you need to cook, a screened in porch with rocking chairs, and a back porch with some chairs and a table. Located on a quiet culdesac but close to everything in Old Homosassa. Enjoy the nature from you back porch. Bring your kayak, paddle board, or low clearance boat, (we have a bridge that is only five feet high). Trailer parking is available. Wonderful Place to Vacation We checked into this place and the maid had somehow missed cleaning it. However, the owner was super responsive and corrected it immediately. The location and place was perfect for us. It was in old Florida with access to the river, bike trails and walking distance to a terrific restaurant called the Freezer. We kayaked with the manatees, bike road on trails nearby and ate fantastic seafood. We LOVED this place and all of the location's charm.

Great Stay The house is ideal for two people. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The owner was responsive to our request for help connecting to the internet and immediately sent his property manager, Jenna, to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay there again.
