The Tropical Master suite comes with its own private bathroom. We are on 4 beautiful, relaxing acres with plenty of quiet country ambiance. A continental breakfast is included. Please clean up any mess you make. Government tax - 6 % of Rental Amount We are situated in a rural area of Homosassa, Florida. We are very close to many wonderful things to do like, shopping, restaurants, Manatee tours, Kayaking, fishing, Scalloping, and the Wild Life Park. If there is an issue we need to hear about, let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately. We want to have the opportunity to fix the issue rather than hear about it in a review. We want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. In addition to the Tropical Master Suite guests have access to the living room just outside the room. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, skillet and coffee maker. Just outside there is a lovely sitting area on a nicely decorated covered deck where you can enjoy the country ambience. We have fast WIFI and each room is equipped with a Roku. We have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video accounts. Although we love interacting with our guests, we are considerate of any guest who desires privacy. We are always available, either text or call. We are 2.6 miles from Walmart, and gas stations . We are close to many restaurants. The Homosassa wildlife park is also within 5 miles away. We are close to swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing kayaking, and many more fun things to do! We do not have an oven
