Un servicio horrible tratan a los huéspedes como una basura No tienen servicio al cliente Tienen unos horarios y no son respetados y tras del hecho son groseros. No pienso volver el dueño saca corriendo a la gente diciéndo que si tiene lo que vale en la cuenta lo que vale el hotel

El hotel está muy descuidado, es muy ruidoso tiene una discoteca (terraza) en la parte de arriba que funciona como amanecedero abre a las 12 de la noche hasta las 7 am por lo que el ruido es insoportable toda la noche, se permite fumar en zonas comunes por lo que el olor a humo se siente en todo el hotel, se permiten mascotas las cuales no tienen control y se meten en la piscina lo que hace poco agradable bañarse en la misma, los aires no funcionan bien y no tienen capacidad para enfriar la habitación, las instalaciones estan muy deterioradas
