Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

Hotel is located conveniently at Tsim Sha Tsui area. There’s many eateries nearby. Keep in mind that this hotel shares the same lobby as Empire Hotel, but Empire Prestige is at the other end of the hotel. Hotel does not provide toothbrush / toothpaste, drinking water etc. There’s a supermarket called ‘Wellcome’ just opposite the street, buy everything you need there and save at least half of your money (comparing buying from 7-11 😉

Absolutely Outstanding Stay! Our experience at the Hong Kong Empire Hotel Wan Chai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The room exceeded all expectations — it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. We couldn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring rooms, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful rest. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens that made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights was the breakfast, which truly surprised us in the best way. It was included in the room rate and offered an impressive variety of delicious, high-quality options — plentiful, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling completely refreshed and very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

My best friend and I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and had a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing view that really enhances the overall atmosphere. His attentiveness and friendliness made a significant difference in our stay. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into making our experience special. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub. I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

The room is quite spacious. Location wise, it’s also kind of central - about 15 mins to causeway shopping area. Appreciate the effort on sustainability and reducing the use of plastics. However, the aircon is hard to control - the fan is really strong although switched to the lowest speed, which is still very loud. Overall, I had a good experience staying here.

Our stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. However, we faced an issue during checkout when we approached the concierge (Tiffany) to arrange a car to go to Shenzhen. Without even checking availability, she outright refused to assist, saying it was ”too last minute.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, was very helpful, and successfully arranged transportation for us. While we appreciated the manager's assistance, the concierge's attitude was disappointing and not professional. With better customer service in all areas, this hotel could truly excel.

DDesmond KI had a fantastic stay at Royal Plaza Hotel! One of the standout features is definitely its prime location — it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of street food stalls and local restaurants, making it a true paradise for food lovers. Whether you're craving a quick snack or a hearty local meal, there are plenty of affordable and delicious options just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local food scene without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be back!

EEdiGThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short of that mark. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: The location is excellent, if you don't mind a steep uphill walk. However, the entire island is built on different levels, which isn't a negative but rather a positive – a daily workout! There's a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to reach the metro instead of walking up and down, straining your leg muscles. Next door is a botanical and zoological garden where you can take a stroll. By the way, entry is free. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to the cable car ”tram” stop for a trip to Victoria Peak. Check-in: Check-in was fast, but a USD 300 deposit is required, which isn't mentioned on either the trip.com website or the hotel's website. If you need an adapter for your electronic devices, ask for one right away – the receptionist won't offer it. Room: The room is relatively clean, though I did find some hair in the kitchen and on the bedding. For Hong Kong, the room is spacious, but there's nowhere to store a suitcase. You can set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it doesn't work. It only blows cold air, making the room humid. Kitchen: The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it's sufficient. However, upon check-in, they warn you that the stove can only be used for reheating food, not cooking, as the fire alarm system is very sensitive and might activate the siren due to hot steam. You must turn on the exhaust fan to full power and the air conditioner to avoid triggering the alarm. Why bother having a kitchen at all? Bathroom: The same situation as with the kitchen – you need to close the door and turn on the air conditioner at full power while showering to avoid the fire alarm being triggered by steam from the bathroom. The shower hose started leaking on the second day of my stay. It was replaced with a new one, which also leaked. When the technician replaced the hose, did he check if the equipment was working properly? I doubt it. Breakfast: Breakfast is only served from a menu, which is quite limited. It's delicious, but not diverse. Is this the service you'd expect from a 4-star hotel? The breakfast organization is chaotic – staff running around and clanging dishes. Two slow coffee machines and one toaster keep guests waiting in line. By the way, there are plastic mugs for tea and coffee. The only fruit options are two types of apples – red and green. Service: The service is polite, but I'd say it's ”on demand.” You need to ask for shampoo, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid to be refilled. The housekeeping, for some reason, doesn't notice the need to replenish hygiene products in the bathroom and kitchen. Environmentalism: As in all of Hong Kong, they no longer provide water in plastic bottles. That's good, but come up with an alternative so guests don't have to go to the store for water. In my opinion, this environmental concern is simply an opportunity to reduce service costs while maintaining high accommodation prices. Speaking of breakfast again, the jam and butter are provided in small plastic containers, just like on airplanes. Is this really about caring for the environment? Conclusion: Overall, it's a good choice if you're not bothered by the minor service inconsistencies and if you don't have high expectations for a 4-star hotel. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd recommend Two MacDonell Road.

JJonathanThe Mongkok Holiday Inn Express is a short walk down Dundas Street from the Yau Ma Tei metro -- f you have heavy suitcases, you are better off getting a taxi from the Kowloon Airport Express station. I moved here because the prices at the Golden Mile Holiday Inn were climbing through the roof over Christmas, and the Mongkok Holiday Inn was almost half the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff, who looked after my luggage through several comings and goings, saving me almost another £100 on storage fees. Breakfast is a choice from a set menu rather than a buffet, but it was nice enough. I'll definitely stay here again.... in fact, I will stay here again the day after tomorrow!

KKathyThe hotel has a perfect location near the airport, which made travel very convenient. The accommodation includes airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a great bonus. However, the room was quite small for two people, especially with a lot of luggage — it felt cramped. We had dinner at the restaurant near the lobby but found it to be significantly overpriced. Additionally, amenities like the rooftop and pool closed early, so we weren’t able to enjoy them after dinner. Overall, it is a convenient stay but with some drawbacks.

HHark ManOnce if you take the chance to walk around its neighborhood then you will find It has very easy access to Victoria Park , Pattersons Street, Sogo department store - all within 10 minutes walk. Room size is acceptable for HK standard: adequate space to place/store your belongings! Higher level had much lovely views of city views ! Only complaint is the elevator is bit slow and the going down direction escalator was out of the order during our 5 days stay.

SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. MMorningMochaRoom generally clean and well furnished. The toilet ample space. Though the toilet seat cover took a while to keep it open. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided as dispenser in shower area. Clean bath and face towel. Water heater too. Drinkable water dispenser available at corridor. Swimming pool is sufficient for lap swim, jacuzzi-like or lazy tube. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle bus to Metroplaza available but need to reserve slot. Missing ”do not disturb” or ”do not do up” tag. Told staff not to do up room, yet return from shopping found room cleaned up. Though glad nothing was missing except threw away unused tooth floss. It was peak period so the staff tried to provide friendly service.

EEditeFor Hongkong prices hotel is quite OK. Location for us seemed perfect and view from the 18th floor window unbeatable. Breakfast downstairs was buffet and quite good, so we went to eat there every morning for a cost 150HKD for two, as our hotel price didn’t include breakfast. Room is a bit old-schoolish although it was cleaned and towels changed every day, and bed was comfortable.

GGuest UserI’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy. Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else. I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.
