Hopewell is a brand new hotel, the view is breathtaking and I love it. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I have 3 large luggages and one staff member helped me from level 17 to level 19. On the day when I check out, it was early morning and the lift was locked, one staff member helped me to take the escalator and went down to level 17 to get my taxi, thanks a lot!
Unfortunately the location is bit different to access, and no room service yet and the swimming pool is not ready.
Surrounding area is excellent, close to MTR, many local shops around and I believe overtime, all the teething issue will go away!

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience at the hotel. The cake, wine, and chocolate provided for our celebration were delightful! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The large bathtub was a fantastic touch, and the sea view was simply stunning. Thank you for making our stay so special

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time stayin' at Hopewell...our short stay made us want to stay longer but we had to fly back home. I love the variety of food, and the ambiance of the resto is really relaxing and huge enough for everyone.

Location is great - shopping mall is on 3-6 floors, street with lots of restaurants is downstairs. Breakfasts and food quality could be better. Staff service doesn’t match 5 star hotel (don’t pick up dirty plates, don’t offer tea or coffee). Spa and pool are closed. Rooms are new, but really dusty. Elevator system is breaking your mind.
