When checking out nobody was there so I send a message on WeChat to know if they can keep our luggages or not, I did not get any reply. The hotel is an appartement transform in singles rooms with digicode on the door. It is not sound proof, you can hear every door opening, every footsteps and unfortunately day and night you hear people having sex next door…

"I have never seen such a bad check-in experience! The following is a lesson learned from blood and tears: 1. **Bad service attitude**: The front desk staff had a cold face throughout the whole process. When asking about delayed check-out, they directly replied, "The rule is 12 o'clock, there is no room to renew", without even an apology; 2. **Poor hygiene**: There are unknown stains on the sheets, the bathroom floor drain is blocked, causing water to overflow to the ankles, and there is even hair from the previous guest on the edge of the toilet; 3. **Aging facilities**: The air conditioner roars like a tractor, and I can't sleep all night. The so-called "luxury swimming pool" is actually a small turbid pool, and even the lifeguard is not on duty; 4. **Hidden consumption trap**: The drinks in the mini bar are expired and not marked with prices. When checking out, they forcibly deduct the "corkage fee". After arguing, they even threatened to "call the police if you don't pay"; 5. **Misleading geographical location**: The "direct subway access" in the promotion actually requires a 20-minute walk, and the surrounding area is full of construction sites. The construction noise in the middle of the night is comparable to a bombing site. **Summary**: I spent five-star prices, but the hotel is not even as good as a budget hotel! I strongly recommend avoiding this place, and the management should collectively study "how to do the service industry"! "

The room is easy to find, very close to MTR Tshim Sha Tsui, very convenient to travel. The accommodation is not in a crowded building. The room is in the same condition and price as everyone knows how expensive Hong Kong is, but it is considered acceptable.

This is one of the rooms in an apartment building in the center of the city. The location was great!! We booked a room for two, but I think it would be very tight for two people if you are big. It looked spacious in the photos, but in reality it was a very small room. It was about the size of a storage room, and had a toilet, shower, bed, small table and chair. We are small, so we managed, but the bed was probably single size. We asked for a room with a window, so we could get some fresh air, but if you don't have a window, it might be hard to breathe. The location is great if you just want to sleep, but the walls are so thin that you can hear people ****ing...lol. Seriously. Also, don't be surprised when you enter, as it is placed in the ******** room. If you go with a man and woman who are not a couple, it will be very awkward. You cannot leave your luggage in advance, and you will receive the password for the first door, the room number and its password by email about 15 minutes before check-in time, so don't worry!! The location is great!!! It is seriously the best, so if you don't mind anything, you should stay here. The price is cheaper than other places around, and it's not in Chungking Mansions so don't worry!

It's pretty good, safe and clean. The room is relatively small in Hong Kong. I have never stayed in such a small room. I couldn't sleep on the first night, but everything else is fine. Don't worry about staying here~
