This is the second time I've taken a room in this hotel, and the staff is very indifferent to visitors. I didn't like the service, I think it's unacceptable to save on drinking water in such a hotel, it's the first time I've seen water once a day, despite the fact that I'm pregnant. In the restaurant on the ground floor we wanted to eat, went there, the waiter brought the menu and said that the photos in the menu did not correspond to reality and after that he left and did not return to us to place an order, after that we just left there, all the staff is almost illiterately served

Made an on-day booking got upgraded by the very helpful gentleman at the reception. Location is a bit far from the mtr but there were shuttle buses so not a problem for me. Enjoyed the suite a lot, bed was very comfortable lighting was good too. Overall a very pleasant stay shall come back soon! No

The rooms are small, as expected, but has everything you need - small fridge, table, chair, and an amazing view of the peak and HK island. Also the sound proofing is great. Unfortunately, the location is rather inconvenient. Quite a far walk up a hill so if you have a suitcase, it’s not the easiest place to get to. There is a hotel shuttle bus to another mtr station but I didn’t make use of it.
