There is no air conditioning. The good reviews are all fake. No refunds are allowed. I made many calls but no one answered. It is in Chongqing Daxia. The hotel has expired. There is no note that it is Chongqing Daxia. People from more than 100 countries live here. It's terrible

Really good experience with this hotel. Firstly, the directions on the hotel website were very clear and we easily found the reception on the 10th floor. More importantly, when checking out, the staff was very friendly and patiently taught us how to take the bus to the airport.
