Super friendly and helpful staff from Front Desk to housekeeping. The room as shown may not be spacious but room is good enough for 2 persons without too much luggage, 1 big luggage can definitely fit well.
Bed and pillow are comfortable for a good night’s rest after much shopping around, and the location is convenient.
Arrived on the afternoon of the Taipo fire and was still greeted warmly by the staff team even though we can sense their worry watching the news updates.
Wishing all affected families recover well from the unfortunate incident.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The location was super convenient too. Would happily stay again!

選了很久選的這家，到店覺得不錯，前台接待人員挺熱情的，地理區域也不錯，出行方便，房間不大，但是在香港也正常，衞生乾淨。總體來説挺滿意的

Have stayed here before and will do again next time. This time we got a room on 13rd floor. Bed is hard. The floor in bathroom was quite sticky.

And the room was nice with a view

Was construction outside the room but didn’t hear it much
Was clean but they need to clean around the bed feet as well just a side note
