Very pleasant stay - the rooms are bright and clean. Building and area feel safe. The lady on reception was very helpful and cheerful. I’ll come here again and will recommend to my friends. WiFi was good too, and I was able to do a 1.5 hour zoom call with no issues. Kowloon park entrance right opposite guesthouse, nice place for exercise

Looking at the pictures, the room I booked is totally different from the room I actually stayed in. It's like a slum. The front desk clerk has a bad attitude. The soundproofing is poor. A broken board was banging on purpose early in the morning, making a lot of noise! The bedsheets were not changed, but they insisted that they were changed!
