- The hotel is in a great location—slightly tucked away from the busy areas, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
- The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
- The in-room amenities were top-notch and made our stay even more comfortable.
- We also had a chance to enjoy the tapas bar, which was fantastic. The staff were lovely, and the food was delicious.

Very poor service and did not expect Shangri-La Hong Kong NO have a sense of service. I was in room with my family and I hear someone knocked the door around 17:00 o’clock evening and I went to open a door but House keeping one old lady open a room door without any permission. And that’s not a time for cleaning a room my rooms clean early in the morning ahh umm once she see me and she immediately close the door I felt hotel staff must have sense responsibility is very important to make sure guests have privacy. And also Hotel lobby service is very poor no one at lobby welcoming guest. And front disk service is ok.
