I recently stayed at Cordis Hotel Hong Kong, and I’m thrilled to share how wonderful my experience was, largely due to the exceptional service from Ernest and Benson at Reception. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel so welcomed from the very start. Even though the hardware in the room wasn’t the newest, I encountered an issue with the TV screen mirroring. However, their quick response and attentiveness turned a minor inconvenience into a display of outstanding customer service. Within no time, the problem was addressed, and I felt truly valued as a guest. I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the IT Department and Engineering team for their swift assistance—please ensure they receive my appreciation for their hard work behind the scenes. Ernest and Benson’s dedication, combined with the support of these teams, made my stay unforgettable. We have been staying at Cordis whenever we come to Hong Kong. This time, Baby checked us in when we arrived and was accommodating to our requests. She was cheerful and courteous throughout and certainly made us very welcomed. We’ll certainly be back at Cordis.

The room size is standard with urban area hotels in Hong Kong. The style is relatively old Mandarin style and need further improvement. The location is easy assess to other tourism spot and convenient
