The mountain room view was breath-taking. Spacious room, excellent service from all staff and dinner at Ming Pavilion was great. They could accommodate to vegetarians and the dragon pearl tea was fragrant.

One of the few hotels that allows accommodation of 4 (two adults, an infant and a child under 9) in a single room.
Location is excellent and view is amazing. The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. Room is very well thought out and very good sized. Only downside is it takes awhile to get into an elevator during peak hours. Relatively kids friendly, booking during Christmas stay included welcome loot bags for kids.

Hotel is very beautiful and good design, especially interior very luxury and comfortable. Function of furniture is great and light is very good. View from my room is fantastic. Food is good, especially breakfast buffet. The desert cafe downstair is wonderful.
However, the service is very poor. People who work and clean at my floor has such a bad manner. Hotel should educate your people. how manner should be, how polite should be , how helpful should have. You should teach your people to be gentle to guest.
