Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any amenities, not even a bottle of drinking water, all extra charge, that's a shame.

I stayed here the last few days. The room was fine and clean enough but the bathroom would suddenly smell like .... Someone had a poop ( it wasn't me ) but it would come in waves . Then I noticed in my sleep I was getting bitten . I seem to have tiny bed bug bites on me.
The staff were friendly enough.
The concierges were friendly but didn't have much information and didn't explain in much detail about anything .
It felt like a self service hotel in a way though the general interior is beautiful
My view from my room was just staring into someone's living room. I won't upload the photo as there's a family there but I didn't feel any privacy unless I had the curtains closed. I had a few of the harbour if I reached my neck as far as I could.
The veiw from the bar on the top floor was fantastic you could see both sides of the harbour.
The pool was fine but they didn't have any extra dressing gowns when I got caught in the storm so I went up to my roam soaking wet.
The metro wasn't far which was useful
I personally wouldn't stay here again.

So entry hall is so beautiful and classy. Clean room, good service. Smel good even in the elevator. I would rate this 5-stars hotel 5 star!!!
Will come again for the room, and their restaurant.

Excellent location and services provided from the hotel. Supplied a cot immediately for us which was super comfortable for our baby girl.
