第二次祝這家酒店了，上次來還是7年前的國慶，當時住了兩晚海景房，在前台給辦理入住的小哥哥看了一下當年拍的照片，於是小哥哥就給我升級海景套房啦！！！實屬驚喜！本來打算出去看夜景，就改在酒店看吧，打算出去吃的早餐就在酒店吃吧！😄
270環繞落地景觀窗欣賞維港夜景！房間還有廚房可以小煮的樣子，雖然遭遇麥德姆8號風球，但是一點沒有影響心情😁

服務態度非常好，前台的小哥Nigel還給我進行了免費的房型升級給我升級到了套房，酒店的地理位置還挺方便的，除非有地鐵口各種各樣的硬件設施都很齊全，服務專業，老牌豪華酒店設施老舊是不可避免的，但是維護的還不錯，頂樓的風景非常好。

服務：預訂的是豪華海景客房，要求無煙高層和遠離電梯，11時登記15時入住，分配的是無煙高層但毗鄰電梯的連通房，入夜發現隔音問題與酒店協商，重新分配升級成行政套房，雖降層但因房型臨靠海景，視線無阻，非常滿意。
環境：炮台山地鐵/公交離酒店近，出行方便。酒店建於維港沿岸，視線無遮擋，套房可見全景。
設施：浴缸很滿足，無論是客房還是套房，皆是消除疲憊的一大利器。酒店泳池超讚，可惜天氣多雲無湛藍，不能完美出照。
衞生：衞生滿分，裡外如一。不明白差分評價的住客是有多挑剔…到港6日住了三酒店，此處最好，圓滿離港。

One of the cheaper hotel BUT it doesn't disappoint!
Amazing Aircon, Amazing Bed, Amazing Toilet with powerful shower head, Amazing Location, Amazing ly Clean!
MTR is just 5min away with lots of eateries around the hotel!

酒店的地理位置非常的方便
晚上可以看到煙花，但是距離非常的遠
房間的窗户稍稍有點小，可能在香港已經算是很大的海景窗户了
酒店的游泳池非常漂亮，國慶節去的人很多，下次可以平常去試試。
講其生意非常得好，電梯很慢，因為人太多

Maria FOA was very friendly and helpful during our check-in. She has provided some information for the hotel decking view, MTR location and surrounding convenience stores. The concierge team, Lobby Secruity and doorman are very attentive.
However, I had two consecutive reservations, and the reception was unable to locate my booking for the second day, which caused a delay of almost 15 minutes.
Additionally, the hotel room was quite outdated, and the cleanliness did not meet 5-star standards. Dust was present throughout the room, and turndown water was not provided.
