Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!)
From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level)
This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

Lovely hotel with great views of HK harbour. A/C didn't work properly so had to get a heater in the room because A/C would only cool. Takes around 20 minutes each morning to get the lift for breakfast which was disappointing. We asked to use the stairs but weren't allowed as they were alarmed. Reception staff were excellent. The hotel seems to be booking a lot of mainland Chinese tours which were clogging the lifts and the breakfast room. Had to line up and wait for a table every morning. Not what you expect from this standard of hotel

Excellent service .
Staff from Front desk, swimming pool all are kinda friendly and good service . quite humid and Dehumidifier provided in the room and corridor

Great hotel with excellent service! These kinds of service standards are very hard to find in Hong Kong.
They helped me with early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is also very close to the convention centre, just 2 mins interior walk.

Much better than expected, food is a plus, especially the Cantonese restaurant is one of my favorites in HK. Location wise, might not be as prime as Admiralty or Central, still very convenient.
