I noticed a few things that made no sense for a hotel of this star rating.
The mini bar is a joke (see photo).
There was no luggage rack, so my suitcase had to be put on the bed to use it.
The safe in the room is not secured down, so anyone could walk in and walk away with the safe.
I don't like dealing with the virtue signaling people who are still wearing masks, and when I asked the girl to remove it so I could see her face while checking in, she refused. When I spoke to a manager about this, he said that they allow the staff to do what they like. Must be the only business in the world that would allow such a thing.

Great hotel. Stayed here during our marketing event. Hotel is modern and super clean. Near the victoria harbour and very much accessible to city center via uber.

It was definitely one of our the best stays in Hong Kong! We had a wonderful experience while here. Great location in Kowloon. The staffs are very friendly. The view from our room was breathtaking! We expected more in terms of amenities, but after reading multiple reviews, we are well prepared and have everything we need. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kowloon region 😊

Amazing stays for 4 nights and very lucky got an upgrade to a Harbourview suite and slept amazingly thank you Harbour Grand Kowloon… will definitely stay again location was perfect !

Overlooking harbour, the hotel is modern, nice and comfortable. Near Whompoa station and surroundings with restaurants and retails.
Hotel room was clean and spacious. Toiletries like ( toothbrush + paste+ shaver) are not provided. You may purchase at the counter. Bath Towels are clean and the bed are clean comfortable.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area and very close to the MTR. It is clean and tidy. There was a bit of a queue at check in, but it didn’t take long. The view from the room is great. The only negative for me was that the layout of the toilet is very silly; the toilet is close to a corner wall, so you have to sit semi-sideways on the toilet. I didn’t try the food service at the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Overall I had a good stay. The check in is a nightmare, 2 counters managing the long queue. Managers walked by ignoring customers frustrating faces.
