Was noisy due to the noise from outside. The view was bad (somewhere in the back of the hotel). We arrived in my husband birthday and asked them to arrange the room in a celebration mood or whatever is possible and they didn’t manage neither to let a card with a “happy birthday-day”. I was super said. Also we asked for transfer to hotel. They didn’t mention that is not free of charge and the schedule started at 7 which for us was not that good. Anyway we payed 220 local money and they left at 6.50 and manage to arrive in 40 min so was good.

Old hotel can not expect more. Location is good and close to MTR. The only downside is WiFi connections is not stable.

The location is amazing , very close to Causewaybay, you can walk down to the main street and grab a Big Mac from the nearest McDonald’s (walking about 4mins ) , the room is big but the facilities are old. I would recommend you stay here if you like lively vibe.

Bad service. Stay somewhere else when you visit Hong Kong. Whoever owns this hotel is too rich to care about customers. You will get an attitude when dialing for operator / front desk. Room not cheap, yet water not free. No power adapters for foreigners. Isn't a hotel supposed to let travelers feel comfortable. I was told to go to electronics shop to buy a power adapter so my laptop can plug into the wall. Overall, Regal is just a poor run hotel with a stingy and narrow minded management team. Just get out of the service business if you don't want to service people.

It is a very nice hotel, it is very convenient to transport anywhere you like in Hong Kong. It nearby has food outlets and shopping places. The great thing is it has a big bathtub to use. After big shopping and walking around in Hong Kong, I need a dip in a hot bath to relax. I will use this hotel again on the next Hong Kong trip. But don't expect there is a nice view from the window, around the hotel only has other commercial and residential buildings. The swimming pool has a lifeguard on duty. It is very safe to swim there.

A decent Hotel. Very good breakfast, clean facilities. Certainly could have been a bit nicer for the price, but very good service and nice location.
