Arrive at the hotel at 21:30, check in service is slow and over 15 minutes of waiting time.
Room maintenance and cleanness is extremely poor. Black spots are frequently found on towels and bath tub. Water tap on bath tub is broken. Tea table also broken. Coffee machine is unclean and poorly maintained. One of the wine glass is missing.

The hotel is located a short walk away from the causeway bay mtr exit F1. Around the corner from the regal is a huge shopping mall with marks and Spencer, IKEA and Decathalon. A very yummy Indian restaurant and a bakery is surrounding the hotel. It was a yummy , comfortable stay.

Since the outside temperature is lower than inside, it made the room too warm. The toom isvery clean but i would recommend the hotel to use or have air freshener in tge room after cleaning. The smell of cleaning product is so strong. Great location! Vintage decoration.

I recently had an amazing trip to Hong Kong and Macau. The service throughout was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured a great experience. The facilities were top-notch, especially in the hotels and attractions, which were clean and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine, particularly the dim sum in Hong Kong and the Portuguese egg tarts in Macau, both of which were highlights of my culinary adventure. Overall, I highly recommend visiting these vibrant destinations for their rich culture, delicious food, and warm hospitality.

Loved everything, room with bath, fridge with drinks, bed comfy, great staff, breakfast and amazing view, but the hotel is a little tired.
The coffee machine didnt work and the lifts took forever. To be fair the the hotel was full and I should have reported the coffee machine
We would stay there again though for the location and the view !

Very near metro station and bus stop. Friendly front desk assistant. The hotel is quite old but still clean and nice. 5 minutes walk to Sogo and Times Square. Lots of cafe around it.

The location is near MTR station. The room and bathroom is big but the shower area is too small. Hotel receptionists are not too friendly and don’t smile.
