The Royal Garden Tsim Sha Tsui

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around and explore. The lobby smells wonderful, and the staff provided exceptional service—they helped store our luggage and even brought it up to our room. We stayed for two nights on this trip and were very satisfied overall.

The hotel's interior decor is beautiful, and the Deluxe King Room directly faces the sea, offering stunning views. It's an older luxury hotel, but still quite good! I was extremely satisfied with the gym; it's super spacious. The rooftop pool is also excellent and perfect for photos!

Excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui East—very convenient for getting around and just a short walk to K11 MUSEA. I paid for an upgrade to a Premier Room at check-in, which had a partial sea view. The room was clean, spacious, and well-soundproofed. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay.

I paid extra to upgrade to the highest floor, a 48-square-meter sea-view suite. I could even watch the National Day fireworks from the room, which was great. The only downside was that the entire hotel didn't provide bottled water, only filtered tap water.

What more could you ask for at this price and location? The hotel is just across the road from Victoria Harbour, and the Sky Pool is a must-visit – it's worth the entire room rate! Swimming while admiring Victoria Harbour is truly chill. Although the room is a bit old, the space is considered large for Hong Kong standards, and the bedding and hygiene are okay. The staff are all very friendly. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants within a two to three hundred-meter walk around the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

The room details were very thoughtful. There was drinking water provided, so I didn't need to buy any outside, which saved a small amount of money, especially in Hong Kong. Also, for charging, each room had an adapter and a USB port, which solved the problem of charging phones and other electronic devices. Hotels in the 300-500 a night range usually don't offer these two things, so I think it's pretty good. Thirdly, toiletries were also provided.

1. The location is excellent, with easy access to and from Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. It's right next to City University of Hong Kong, and there are many food options on the surrounding streets. You can walk to Victoria Harbour K11 in about 10 minutes for an evening stroll. 2. The room is quite small and has low ceilings, which is typical for an older five-star standard, but the cleanliness is good. 3. The lobby hosts various local and international gatherings, featuring steaks, king crab, and cakes. The sounds of clinking glasses, a piano, and lively conversations create a vibrant and bustling atmosphere.
