地理位置非常好，旁邊就是海港城店，酒店門面比較小，入住的時候人很多前台説我們下午到的比較晚，給我們升級了房間。其實就是升級到頂樓叫做貴賓樓層，其實其他沒什麼變化，給的房間靠角落也沒有什麼景觀。房間比較小比較舊進去有一股黴味，但是衞生間是新裝修的比較乾淨。酒店服務一般。早餐也不便宜，但是可選餘地比較小，沒什麼特別好吃的，不要有啥期待，咖啡機還不是全自動的是膠囊機要自己動手。有點不習慣，其他地方都是服務員領進桌就問要喝什麼直接送到位置的。可能這就是香港特色吧，雙休日2000多一晚感覺性價比一般般。服務態度也很冷淡。

位於海港城樓下，中港城隔壁，在廣東道上，距離西九龍高鐵站、柯士甸E出口步行5分鐘左右，地段非常方便。36平的房間足夠大，床品舒適，服務員態度很好。提前訂房性價比高點。非常滿意的一次住宿。入住時遺留了手機在大堂沙發上都能找回，感謝前台工作人員！

房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，比較乾淨，整體空間超出預期很多。地理位置也超級棒，二樓直接進入海港城，一樓對面是Apple store，離地鐵口步行5分鐘，真是超級方便。
最後退房過程中，稍有一些不愉快（屬於清理人員的問題，也算是管理流程上稍有一些不嚴謹），但是前台管理人員非常用心處理，服務態度很好，積極處理問題的態度值得肯定。

非常棒的一次體驗，酒店服務非常好，前台耐心，有人幫忙拿行李，房間打掃及時，房間水供應充足，酒店早餐也不錯，遇到問題攜程客服也積極解決，攜程值得信任！

哪哪兒都好，就是衞生不太行，打掃的程度看不出是個4星酒店該有的水準，有第二天回來看到床上還有自己的頭髮，不知道是不是因為連住就不打掃的原因？浴袍毛巾洗漱用品也不是每天換，用過的浴袍毛巾直接又給疊回去了！也會發現很多打掃了但沒用心很敷衍的痕跡。有一説一早餐不錯很豐盛。地理位置確實太優越了！

這次國慶選擇去香港澳門玩選擇了太子酒店，尖沙咀地鐵出來走10分鐘左右就到酒店了，在愛馬仕邊上，酒店辦理入住速度很快，前台給升級了套房非常大，洗漱用品都有的，酒店的早餐環境也可以，長假也不會像別的地方那樣很亂，都是有人領位的，地段很好，每天進出好幾次購物玩都很方便，維多利亞港走走就到了，下次去香港還會住太子酒店。

特別贊！地理位置好，離九龍高鐵站很近，走路7分鐘就能到。
於貴賓樓層全日享用咖啡和茶:辦理入住在樓上，下午茶很不錯，有鮮榨果汁，點心和小吃。晚上還能享用簡易的晚餐和酒水，總體非常滿意。

酒店位置非常好，就在海港城裡麪，服務人員態度很好，早餐環境也不錯
不滿意的是房間衞生，浴室裏還留有前客人扔的垃圾，這個真的非常噁心了
另外此次多花錢住harbor view房間，這個harbor view比較坑，在兩棟樓的縫隙中才能看到，建議不要專門花錢住，有些冤大頭了
