The desk clerk remembered me from previous visits and worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. This hotel is perfectly located in Wanchai. There are a variety of rooms, the suites offer superb views. The buffet breakfast is great but arrive early to ensure a comfortable dining experience. You can work out my meaning if I say the hotel is popular with mainlanders.

Room clean. But There aren't many amenity kit available. and no have pajamas( I'm not sure is normal in hongkong hotel)

Terrible service
I asked for a third bed they provided a bed that Wouldn't even use for camping, not comfortable at all
When I asked of they could change it or do something about it they said that there was no other options they haven't even try to find a solution
Plus they pretend to be plastic free so they don't provide tooth brush or water
If they were plastic free with good intentions they could have provided water in glass bottle but it looks that their intention was just to provide a cheap quality of service

very small la! Friendly to Chinese mainlanders but need more respect! You Hongkongers don’t have any privileges. Please show more respect but the room is really small! Overall good, please don’t discriminate the mainlander passports! We r all Chinese! Thank you!

As usual, hotel in Hongkong is really costly and small. everything is minimal. This one is a bit old, room is small as expected but still can accept. Price is not cheap tho.
