I am so glad to stay at East Hong Kong hotel everything was excellent
The rooms were big and cozy

Soon after I checked in at night, I discovered that one of the electric chargers in my room was not working, and I reported this issue to the staff member. They jot it down and asked me to tell them when they can arrange someone to fix it for me on the next day. They take action promptly and that they actively offer a solution that best suits the customer is much appreciated.

The hotel is very convenient located just right outside of the Taikoo Station D1 exit. Just next store to the shopping mall which offers a lot to shop as well. Staff was nice and we were very lucky to have been upgraded to the urban corner room!

My favourite hotel. Love this room. This is my 2nd time back here.
Conveniently located next to MTR Station and shopping malls and Taikoo area.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful view. I am glad I found this place and it was a terrific visit. The bed was so comfortable and a very relaxing stay. I will be back
