The location is unbeatable! It’s located in the heart of Causeway Bay which make it accessible to all sorts of restaurants and shopping areas. The room view is spectacular with the nearby Happy Valley racecourse. Services are impeccable too. Both front desk and housekeeping staff are excellent! I’ll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel and location were great for nearby shopping with a toddler, but the front-of-house staff were not so friendly. I'm an IHG member, which was part of my decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but I was surprised to discover my points would not be awarded to my IHG membership because I didn't book directly with the hotel.
The breakfast food quality and service were good, but the restaurant room was too narrow and not easy to walk around during the peak breakfast time.

the room was freezing cold, but the staff offered a heater upon request, the bath tub was not functioning well,
overall not the best experience, but still acceptable.
hopefully we can see some improvements for the next stay but right now i really dont feel like re-visiting within 2-3months at least

The room is great, spacious and comfy. The pool is good however lots of maintenance slots during the day. They close it around 1:30 and then reopen around 2 hours later. Then, close at 6 or 7pm? When to enjoy it when pick ours it is being cleaned? It makes no sense…
