Excellent hotel in a great location just next to the metro entrance. Upon check-in we were thrilled to hear we’d been granted a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve had, with a full living room, awesome skyline views from both rooms, and two bathrooms including a large tub in the room. Highly recommend.

Great location, just across the street from Tin Hao (天后) station, 15mins walking distance to Causeway Bay (铜锣湾) Times Square and Hysan Mall.
Receptionist are friendly and helpful, and also provide us with decent and clean room, nearby has got many good eateries 餐厅。

Its very convenient, next to the Tin Hau MTR station and has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near it. Besides Victoria Park is a few metres away

so much more room than other stays on HK island! very clean, comfortable and spacious in comparison to other hotels at comparable prices. super convenient to the subway. the room was a bit too cold - no matter how much the thermostat was adjusted

My aunties in their 80’s, is very please with the services from reception to the bell boys (porters), they were attentive and friendly .
She told me, on the day of her check in - how the 3 receptionist struggled to help her to change her phone card to her handphone (as different phone card, have different ways of putting in the card). My aunt is so thankful and happy with the 3 receptionist, that went the extra miles to assist her.
She said the bell boys are very attentive too in assisting her with her shopping and luggage’s each time she return to Nina Hotel Causeway Bay. That’s why my aunties always insisted to stay at NINA HOTELS - the friendly and helpful services.
They love to walk along the small shops that bring memories of old time Hongkong which is very convenient and accessible.
The hotel is also clean, spacious and convenient location.
Overall, they had a great trip . Thank you once again Nina Hotel causeway Bay for the great services.

Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park.
The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified.
Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.
