I stayed in one of the rooms from the upper floor. It was clean although a bit small from what I was used to at Regal.

This is my third stay at this hotel and it is the worst. The front desk person gave me a "free upgrade" to a room that was old and dirty. I checked in late and was tired from a long flight so I didn't complain. But it was absolutely unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the river from New Town Plaza. It is a 10 minutes walk or it is just one stop on the bus or public light buses.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Some of the rooms have hard floors and some with carpets. I prefer the modern rooms with hard floor. The staff are friendly. The rate is reasonable making it good value for money.
I had a nice stay and would definitely stay there again. Recommended.
