Locationwise, its in the middle of the city. Very accesble to subways and buses. Has nearby convinient store also.

The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport ＞ Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai ＞ Airport) is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance.
In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it’s clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities.
Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would’ve been perfect!

The hotel is in a very convenient place, right in the heart of Wan Chai Station, lots of restaurant nearby!

Very nice and comfortable. May be crammed for a couple with lots of luggage. Hotel is 5-10 mins walk from the Wan Chai metro station, and less than 5 mins walk to the ding ding tram station.

One of the good hotel I’ve stayed in Hong Kong, convenient to everything like restaurants, mtr and bars. The staff were nice and very welcoming.

Room is very comfy and clean. Though when entering the room, there is a strange smell. Maybe consider using another brand of air freshener 🙂 and carpet can be washed. I will however still consider staying at Burlington in the future.
