Check in Manager - Coco are professional and efficient.
Room design with balcony was great. Housekeeping deliver kids amenity also efficient and with smile.
I met same Pool male lifeguard two days with smiling face and proactive.
One minor comment if breakfast at Cafe available to provide a paper cup for left over coffee and cont’ to enjoy in room balcony will be great!
Most of the pool sun umbrella was old and get mouldy .

Booked a staycation at WM hotel which was conveniently located next to Sha Ha beach (5-10km walk from hotel). This hotel is great for people who like water sports - we rented kayaks at the beach next to the hotel.
The room was nice and clean, the toilet was very big. There was a bathtub and a shower tray. The front desk was also very helpful - we called to ask for extra towels and blankets and they delivered those to our room very quickly.
The fitness center is open 24h, which is great. The only thing that could be better is that the swimming pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm. It would be nicer if the pool opened earlier and closed later.

Nice room with bathtub for enjoyment! Shuttle svc is nice to return to city! Breakfast time would be good to extend till 10:30 or 11:00am! Thx!

Excellent hotel, spacious room and we were upgraded to a room with balcony and ocean view.
Great amenities and nice pool too.
It would be great if the buffet breakfast is less rushed as it ends at 10am.
