The location was excellent, the room is small though clean. Service was not good because I waited for too long before being taken into my room. They had no place to store my luggage.

The location is not as good as that of Chongqing Mansion, and the room rate is much more expensive than that of Chongqing Mansion! The price-performance ratio is extremely poor! I have been in Hong Kong for more than ten years, and this is the first time I have stayed in such a bad homestay! Don't be deceived by the pictures. The room will really make you lose interest in sleeping! The room is extremely small, and it is difficult to turn around. There is no window but it is not quiet. The hygiene is very poor, and there is dirt under the faucet switch. The bedding and bath towels are not clean. Toothbrushes and mineral water are charged separately. There are no cups or mineral water in the public area. The room is particularly difficult to use. The room price is less than 500! The price-performance ratio is really poor. Any hotel in Chongqing Mansion is much better than this one.

The room I booked for the Hong Kong Standard Chartered Marathon is very conveniently located.
The room has all the functions it should have, and the compact layout is understandable, after all, it is in a place where every inch of land is valuable, plus the price is here.
It is well managed, and the sense of security should be much better than that of Chongqing Mansion.

The experience in Kowloon was really good. The landlord was very nice but you need to contact him in advance because there is no front desk and you need to scan the QR code to enter. There was no hot water when I took a shower at night. I asked the landlord and it might be that the other room with the shared heater had the same shower time. Other than that, there were no disadvantages.
