In general the environment is good and has improvements like the outfit. It is great if they can do some refurbishment.
The only bad experience is that somebody was doing the vacuum cleaning at 9:00am in the morning. At the same time, can here the water flowing though the pipe tube.
It would be great if they can do some improvement in these.

I booked a room for my nieces and Can’t say anything good😩 starts with the receptionist who is not so friendly at all! They are too strict that i cant even send my nieces to their room and make sure that they are in good place. But then i understand that is their policy. I ask my nieces on how was the room and says the room just fine for a bed and they wasn’t able to use the water heater😅 is it because my 25 years old niece doesn’t know how to use the water heater🤣🤣🤣 anyway, it was enough for a not so nice experience, at least i know that will be the last time i will book for that hotel. That was just our experience in that hotel, maybe others had a better stay in there.

Hotel doesn’t provide anything. Towel old and broken. Said it will be replaced and I should stay in room until someone come and repair in bathroom. See the pictures

Good condition and services
Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
Air conditioner is new and no place mat, become very clean. But the blanket is very old and little, not big and warm enough.
The wash and both liquid are supplied . Very good offering

The stay was going ok until the last night when the air conditioning was turned off. My room was very small (like most HK hotel rooms) and the window was sealed so it was hard for moisture to leave after I showered. The staff did supply me with a fan.

So poor services, over the check in time 15 min also couldn't offer room. also a long queue to wait because times up to check in.
Only one receptionist to handle the check in customers. It's unbelievable and delayed our valuable time.
Also the coutesy of the receptionist is not good when under pressure
The air-conditioning temperature is not cool, but the blanket is so tight. It made me veryhot and uncomfortable.
Time was up to check out, the phone calls and staff knocked the doors to remind to leave. But why the check in time was always delayed .
It gave us a bad feeling and unfair trade.
