"The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with heart. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose again next time. The environment is very good, and the surrounding air is very good"
"After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.
In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross.
What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.
If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere."
"Our room's kettle was not working, so we called the reception. Immediately, a housekeeping staff came to verify the matter, went to change the kettle and tested on the spot to ensure it was working. Thanks for responding quickly to our feedback.
Another incident that struck us was we forgot to take disposable chopsticks for the cup noodles that were brought from a convenience store. I called the reception to request chopsticks but did not have them, instead asked if the fork was ok, I gladly said ok. The staff not only brought a fork but also a plate as well. It was thoughtful of her.
Lastly, it will be good to inform about the walking space in the classic room, not just making a comparison between the bed and view before checking in.
To me, I visualize the classic room as small but still have enough walking space for 2 people between the wall and bed. It was only after entering the room, I realized it was really small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms by doing the paperwork so decided to stay put in the classic room.
Overall, we had a good stay. Thanks for remembering to give us different breakfast set daily. The last day was the best as the food was served to us warm."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️location = very near MTR, Bus, shop, supermarket, restaurant, atm, banking etc.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️cleanliness = very nice housekeeper with full service mind
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service = 24 hr of front desk in 1st floor (no water/ no hot water/ no toilet)
⭐️⭐️⭐️ amenities = everything is small & narrow (lift/ bed/ bathroom), no water, no refrigerator
one day I came back to the hotel at the same time with group of tour, so long waiting of getting lift. Too many people and also their luggages can get in the lift only 2-3 persons per lift🤣"
"Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope.
Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided.
Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby."
"Total gem. Location is fantastic; close to subway and a plethora of eateries. Less than a 10 minute walk to causeway bay. The room was impeccably clean. Simple gym and free laundry room are on same floor as reception.
This large of a room is rare in Hong Kong. We liked going out to explore but also enjoyed hanging out in our room. We even had enough space to host an evening with friends.
Tip: since this is a serviced apartment, shampoo and body wash are supplied but you will need to pick up your own water and hand soap. There is a shopping store right downstairs.
We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"This is my third visit to this hotel. The first impression is neat. Sadly, there is a food container on the table frame. The staff is kind and willing to assist. There are no toothbrushes, toothpastes, or shampoos in the room. Those packages require an additional fee to purchase. Unfortunately, I have trouble sleeping because a couple who live next to my room talk all night long, and the wall was not very soundproof."
"The location was good, walk to nearest mtr station just 10mins. The room was clean and quite big. And the price was affordable I strongly recommend this hotel"
"Always the best experience at the Ritz! Wonderful team of staff at the club lounge and room is meticulously maintained and spacious, can’t wait to be back again!"

Very Good
Bbingbong16This hotel is gotta be one of the best hotel in HK, literally close to city centre of mongkok. Hotel services is top tier 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 everyday house keeping is awesome. Everything is cleaned thoroughly🥹🥹👍🏻 all thanks to the cleaners that keep our room cleaned at all times. They even have drinking water dispenser provided in the room, save us all a hussle to keep buying drinking water. Hotel lobby staffs were patient and friendly, easy to go anywhere, be it by car or mtr. Hotel is connected a MOKO mall, easy access and also to Mong Kok East station. Definitely reco for HK stay 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserI really like the location as it's less busy and relatively quiet. But I don't like the room facing the main road side as despite living on top floor can still hear the car engines. But overall, I have stayed there for 2 times and I will still come back. Staff services are sincere!

VVirginiaWe had an excellent stay the room was very clean and new with almost complete amenities, just missing a body lotion. Breakfast was good too. The view from the roof deck is beautiful. Very near to airport with free shuttle bus service. I will come back and book this room again.

KKrivI recently stayed at the Rosedale Hotel in Hong Kong for two nights and found it to be a pleasant experience. The rooms are cozy and sufficient for a short stay. The bedding was clean, and the overall ambiance was comfortable.
One of the standout features is its location. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk from the MTR Station, making it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Hong Kong Stadium, which was convenient for attending events.
The area around the hotel is convenient, with two 7-Eleven stores nearby. There are also several restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of dining options.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent as it is near MTR and lot of restaurants nearby. The room’s layout is excellent too and you will feel too small as compared with some of other hotel which also has less than 20 square meters. The room has big windows so you have good sunlight from outside on a sunny day. The service is good in general except the late check out policy should be more relaxed, in particular my request is on a Typhoon No 10 day. Good free breakfast.

SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!

GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

DDavidThe hotel is located at Tsingyi which is near Disneyland and airport. There are many tourists staying at this hotel who are taking the advantage of the proximity. I choose to stay here because it is near my customer. It is part of the condominium. Only two eateries, one supermarket and a few shops within the compound. I need to walk out to the estates or take a minibus to Tsingyi MTR for meals. Good thing is minibus arrives at the condo. Hence it is consider convenient.
The lock of my room is spoiled. They managed to repair it within the same day though it is Sunday.
The average price for hotels in Hong Kong is MXN$2,779 on weekdays, and MXN$3,079 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
