1. Nice Pool
Awesome pool view overseeing with the Aberdeen Channel and sea. Not overcrowding or rowdy at all in the morning. There is a separate water-play area for toddlers and slides for bigger kids. Sufficient life vests provided and life guards are in place.
2. Breakfast
We topped up for breakfast on last day at a high price (though slight discount are given for hotel guests). To our shocking dismay, there is nothing much to choose and eat for 4 of us (my elderly mother, big sister and my 6yo girl)! You can see from our picture how pathetic the foods we have on plates. Especially for a 5-star hotel standard!! There are zero international cuisine and dessert/mini cakes for selection; and the Japanese sides are simply off without any sushi or ramen counter.
Also, we are not seated at the main lobby area with the wide seating but placed in a further up seating section that are without much view and maximised space with many tables.
Spent close to S$200 for this standard?! Total waste of my money!!
3. Shuttle Bus
Upon checking in hotel, the staff never mention to me about the shuttle bus. So only when we decided to go to Ocean Park then I purposely enquired on night before. Wish their staff could be more helpful, otherwise more signage to point or direct the way.
4. Guest Room
Our room is furnished in classy style that are refreshing and pleasing to the eyes matching the great ocean view. However, it is a little cramped after we repositioned the chairs, to fit in our 4 luggage leaving only 1 tight pathway to walk up and down the room. Also the lamp shades are unbearable to look at, really rusty and disgusting.
There is smell in the toilet despite the reception is good to accommodate guest’s request. The hotel provides special screening on Thursday which makes it different from other hotels. The pantry is good too if you wish to cook your lunch or dinner or if you are planning long stay there. Be aware there is group tour staying and thus lift service will be affected, in particular when the group is checking in.
Hotel is nice, location is soso, to get a taxi is difficult, clean, friendly staff, usually upgrade. Water needs to get on the floor out of a water machine. Nice pool. Hotel smells fresh. I will come back once a while.

The buffet dinner included in the package was amazing - the kids loved the ice cream buffet and all kinds of cake and macarons. There is a small kids club adjacent to the restaurant. 3 different pools with slides all heated to 23 degrees but actually feels warmer than that. The staff are all super polite and on top of service aspect.
We had an incredibly perfect weekend.
The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable.
The food is delicious, the architecture super cool! Very close to the MTR station, 7 minutes walk.
The pool is amazing. Excellent room service.
Our room view was absolutely stunning!
I plan to return with friends next time.
Booked 4D3N here for family of 12. We got the Family Superior room. Clean rooms, Polite and approachable staffs. Good window view, quiet place. Provided water and tea. Washroom with body wash and shampoo.
7th floor, have a kitchen where you can reheat your food, refill your water, read and dine.
Location: Approx 200m from Lei Tung MTR South line Exit A. 118 hkd taxi from Central. 7/11 and Circle K convenience store nearby and local restaurants for food option. The have Bonzai restaurant as well in the same building.
Only 1 elevator upto 28th floor and bit compact, challenging for those with big luggages, needs to queue and wait.
Breakfast serves late at 8am, not appropriate for those with early booking for tours and activities. Its the same food everyday, no variations
Daily room cleaning and changing of towels. They forgot to clean the dust in the window and bed overboard.
The concierge welcomed us when we arrived, and the check-in process was quick. However, since the agent at the front desk already noticed that we had two children with us, it would be great if they provided kid-friendly amenities.Nevertheless, I had to request it. Although there is a lot of dust and stains on the centre table, the room is still nice. Since we are celebrating my son's birthday, they didn't offer any birthday amenities. Our stay was worthwhile because of the surroundings. Our stay was made better by the concierge and shuttle drivers, who were friendly and helpful.
Exceeded expectations! Very new! Very clean!
The room is very large! There is a washer-dryer, microwave, and the public work area on the 3rd floor has a coffee machine, rice cooker, bread machine, induction cooker, etc.
The bed is also very comfortable! Although the location is a bit remote, it is only 2 subway stops away from Admiralty~
I will stay here again next time~

The room is spacious and bright, overlooking Victoria Harbor. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave and other facilities, which can be used for simple cooking. All the staff of the apartment are also very friendly and nice!
Very good experience, the room is much larger than other Hong Kong hotels of the same price, and the decoration is very new and the environment is quiet. The service is very good, there are surprises every day when I get home from get off work, and the front desk will help me call a taxi, which is very considerate. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good, with a high cost performance.

PPo_cExtended my stay for one more night
The room itself equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube channel. Also, free mineral water were provided. The room located next to the traffic, although it is on high floor, u still hear the noise.
Other than that, the bed is comfortable to sleep on.
The hotel provided shampoos and shower gel, however, bring ur own toothbrush or u can purchase at the reception for 1dollar.
EEdmondHKMy hotel experience was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view. The staff were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
