First time staying here and I am impressed. Inexpensive for a 4 star hote with a view to die for. Front desk staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will be back. Thanks for reading and may you have a blessed trip in HK!

I was in Kai Tak this weekend for JJ Lin's concert. This place is just five MTR stops from Kai Tak station, and at just over 700 a night, I found it better than expected. Compared to the old, cramped, and overpriced options around Kai Tak, this offers excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was spotless. The transportation links are also very convenient. Dorsett hotels near Kai Tak can go for two or three thousand a night, which is just ridiculous. Of course, remember to bring your own toothbrush, and they don't provide complimentary bottled water.

Upgraded to a larger room and it’s very spacious. The room is clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable. $500 HKD deposit is required.
It’s quite near to the newly opened Kai Tak Sports Ground, definitely consider it if ur attending one of the events there!

For Hong Kong standards, the room was considered quite spacious. The layout was similar to rooms found in mainland China, just slightly smaller. It was very clean, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The hotel breakfast was also decent.
The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the MTR station. For detailed directions: from Kwun Tong Station Exit A2, walk directly through the shopping mall. After passing the Hong Kong Trade Centre Service Centre, you'll exit onto Cheong Ming Street. Cross one more traffic light, and the hotel is just a short distance away. This indoor route is recommended as it was too hot to walk outside.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Elaine and colleague at front desk were most helpful with our party’s check in, giving useful info and much needed welcome after a long day of travelling. The hotel’s located is very accessible. Our taxis dropped us off right outside the hotel. There are 7/11s and restaurants right round the corner. Quiet street without any noise from the traffic.

The hotel itself was quite clean. However, it's situated in an industrial area, which made it a bit hard to find, and the surroundings were noticeably less appealing than other parts of the city. Still, I'd say it offered decent value for money. My main complaint is that the room didn't come with complimentary water. While that's a minor point, charging 10 RMB for a generic brand mineral water bottle felt excessively expensive.

Poor sound insulation system. Very noisy outside. The blue lights outside every room is a bit horrible. However, it’s quite clean. Room quite cheap and big. Although it labelled itself as 3-star, it’s a 4-star room and even bigger than a 4-star room. It would be great if I can have a chair and a table so that I can use my computer more easily.
Air conditioning is bad btw. It’ll suddenly turn off and quite hot eventually. Won’t recommend anyone here for summer. It’s ok for dinner.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.
