Hotel is located conveniently at Tsim Sha Tsui area. There’s many eateries nearby. Keep in mind that this hotel shares the same lobby as Empire Hotel, but Empire Prestige is at the other end of the hotel.
Hotel does not provide toothbrush / toothpaste, drinking water etc. There’s a supermarket called ‘Wellcome’ just opposite the street, buy everything you need there and save at least half of your money (comparing buying from 7-11 😉

Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits. It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. We love the hotel and we strongly recommend to others. We will surely come again.

1st impression when arrived at the hotel was, it's a busy hotel in a busy district of Wan Chai. It's a bit dated, but renovation is taking place as I stay.
Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices,
The dining room is massive.
Afternoon tea starts at 3-7, which was more than enough of time .
But the selection of food was another matter. From promotional video, there were more variations, like egg tart, tea cakes, and at the lounge, there're no cocktails as expected nor spirits drinks . Not even basic G&T , whisky sour. Only soft drinks ,tea, coffee, and choice of red and white wine. There's no staff in the lounge to facilitate guess needs .I have to check with the staff at the front desk to realise that changes had taken place in the past year. That's a big disappointment as I paid the extra to use the facilities and benefits which happened to end without notice nor compensation.
Room is spacious and clear view ,partly Seaview.
Plenty room for 1 person, and the air con was working perfectly until last night-my last night in staying. Around 03:20 ,I was getting up to go to the bathroom. Just then, I felt the slippers were getting wet. When checked ,realise that there's water leaking from the ceiling. I rang the housekeeper to report the incident.
Maintenance staff arrived and fixed the leakage within a space of time, app.an hour. Overall, it's an experience. I wish they looked into my suggestions, and maybe I'll be back to check it out.

Staying at Iclub fortress hill hotel was amazing. Location is very strategic, easy to access to harbor and parks. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk from hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room was 15 m which is much bigger than other options in HK. Bed was comfortable, towels were fresh. They provide all necessary amenities.
Only one downside is that the water from their water station has very strange flavor, they don’t provide bottled water:(
Overall our stay was great, thanks to this hotel

This hotel is excellent in our opinion. Location in the center, in 5 minutes by foot from a subway station. Rooms are large by Hong Kong standards and very clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always exstensive and of top quality. The Internet connection was perfect all the time. There was a glass bottle in the room and you could always obtain drinking water in several places. The water flow in the bathroom was strong. We lived on 19th floor which provided a nice view from the window. Air conditioning was central and worked fine. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time when we visit Hong Kong we intend to stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay.
What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub.
I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

We stayed here for 1 night. It is an old but decent and popular hotel, though the rooms are pretty outdated and cramped. Nevertheless, it was considerably clean, decent water pressure, and very minimal in-room amenities given HK hotels stop providing most of it. The view wasnt great at all but the location was prime for us as it was near eateries and landmarks. The staff were helpful where needed. Overall, it was for one night so we were pleased.

Great rooms, i would say room is big and spacious for 2, considering its Hong Kong. Love that it has a bidet style toilet(like those Japanese ones). Smart hotel- Room lights, curtains and air cond can be controlled through an ipad or even manually with switches. Sufficient plug points next to bed on both sides. Large TV, that can access Netflix.
A 5 mins walk to the nearest TST MTR, McDonalds is opposite the hotel, lots of eateries nearby, theres a close by Mall as well- K11 Artmall.
Check in is easy, Just that if you book through trip.com maybe just email the hotel before your trip to get their booking ID just as a confirmation , as when I called they had some difficulty locating the reservation and was instructed to email them the Trip.com hotel voucher, but they replied swiftly with a new ID number through email.

JJess PieterseIt was lovely. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Told us about the music festival and aslo where or how we can get around. Our view was amazing, overlooked the city with lush garden.
Was nice to have a mini kitchen, so we could warm up our food, make some snacks for our adventures out and about.

KKathyThe hotel has a perfect location near the airport, which made travel very convenient. The accommodation includes airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a great bonus. However, the room was quite small for two people, especially with a lot of luggage — it felt cramped. We had dinner at the restaurant near the lobby but found it to be significantly overpriced. Additionally, amenities like the rooftop and pool closed early, so we weren’t able to enjoy them after dinner. Overall, it is a convenient stay but with some drawbacks.

KKoalaHuggieThe facilities are old but as I expected after read others' comments before reservation. However, its cleanliness and friendly efficient staff are better than I expected. I picked this hotel also because it has a bathtub which I preferred for a hot footbath after long workdays. The soundproof was not perfect but acceptable. You'll need to spare time for waiting lifts, especially during 8-10 a.m.

CCk TingAbout 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR. not much of conveniences stalls below the hotel, got to venture out a bit further.
Asked for a queen size bed but given 2 singles.
Room is not big, don't expect to be able to open your luggage if it is a big one. No closet too, just hang your clothes on the wall.
The ”table” is just a small triangular shaped board at the window with a stool. can't be using it to place my laptop to work

DDylane85Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Victoria Harbour, which made exploring the area really convenient. However, there are a few areas for improvement. We were consistently woken up around 7 AM by noisy guests, which made it hard to get a full night’s rest. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power adapters, as the sockets are UK-style. We ended up buying one at a premium nearby—partly our oversight, but still something future guests should be aware of. Despite these issues, it’s a solid option for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location.

MManta1Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a ”resort”. It's a decent hotel.
The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated. My view was gross, so I kept the shade down.
When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel!
Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing).
What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!
