Super convenient from the airport! A big shuttle bus near the bus bay brought us comfortably to the hotel. The room is cosy and clean. It may be small but serve well as a 1-day hotel before moving to other part of Hong Kong.

This hotel is located at the very end of Concourse A in the Hong Kong Airport Arrivals Hall. Initially, when exiting the arrivals gate, the signs weren't very clear. You have to walk towards the taxi stand direction and see the concourse before you'll spot the hotel's signage.
The room's cleanliness was decent. However, despite being a non-smoking hotel, the first room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke and I couldn't open the window to air it out. Even with the AC on, the smell wouldn't dissipate. Thankfully, after calling the front desk to report it, they immediately helped me switch rooms.
The room size is acceptable for Hong Kong standards, but the facilities are noticeably old. If it weren't for catching an early flight or arriving very late, it might be better to stay at one of the newer hotels in Tung Chung.

High level of comfort and utility, very spacious room, sometimes with a nice view. The hotel shares the building with its 5-star brother, so the infrustructure of the both hotels is at your disposal, and the diversity and qualty range of the dining options is really impressive.
Frequent comfortable transfers to airport and near-by sightseing and shopping attractions can bring more flexibility to your stay

We stayed as a family of 4 within a group of 12 (including kids), and Novotel Citygate was the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — right next to Citygate Outlets, close to the Ngong Ping Cable Car, and just a short ride to Disneyland.
The free airport shuttle was a huge help, especially for a big group like ours. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, welcoming vibe.
Although we didn’t avail of breakfast, we were happy with the overall service and amenities. Definitely recommended for families or groups who want comfort, accessibility, and great value near Lantau Island attractions.

This trip to Hong Kong was for G-Dragon's concert, and I also took my child to experience Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th anniversary. We stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung. The hotel is very new, and our sea-view room offered a stunning, unobstructed view. Our overall stay was excellent.
First, let's talk about transportation, which is incredibly tourist-friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from both the airport and the MTR station. As soon as we landed in Hong Kong, it was easy to find the shuttle to the hotel, completely eliminating the hassle of transferring with luggage. Getting to the city center or other attractions by MTR is also very convenient; just a few stops from the station, you can reach all the popular sights. Plus, it's very close to Hong Kong Disneyland and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. My concert venue was also nearby, so after a full day of activities, getting back to the hotel was never a hassle.
The service, simply put, was exceptional. From the check-in staff at the front desk to every service member we encountered, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Whenever we had questions, they patiently answered them and offered thoughtful advice.
What truly stood out was the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Every single dish was absolutely delicious! The cooking techniques were exquisite, perfectly preserving the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. Every bite was a pure delight, clearly reflecting the chef's dedication. My taste buds were dancing with joy!
Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Came to Lai Chi Kok and almost didn't make it due to a typhoon... Safely arrived at the hotel and checked in. The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel is super close to the venue; just a short walk out the door and to the right! The room was comfortable, the AC was cool, and they even have a shuttle service to the airport and Citygate Outlets, which is incredibly convenient!

Staying at the Hong Kong Silverview Hotel, I found delightful surprises in every detail. The room wasn't overly spacious, but the light wood furnishings brightened it up. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows, the glittering nightscape of Victoria Harbour spilled into view, and even the air seemed infused with Hong Kong's romantic charm.
The bathroom featured a neat wet/dry separation, the toiletries had a subtle gardenia scent, and the bath towels were fluffy like clouds. Right below, the MTR station entrance made it easy to shop in Tsim Sha Tsui or enjoy a cha chaan teng meal in Sheung Wan. Returning, picking up some fishballs from the corner stall and carrying the steaming paper bowl into the elevator, there was a wonderful, homely ease.
The front desk staff spoke fluent Mandarin, and the cool mints offered at check-out were a refreshing touch. While not a top-tier luxury hotel, it perfectly blends convenience and comfort, much like a beloved old cha chaan teng tucked away in Hong Kong's streets – cozy and unforgettable.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

Basically you can, but the room is close to the washing machine, someone is doing laundry too early in the morning, and no windows, to go out of the front desk to add drinking water, add a quilt, and no, the bed is too small, it is impossible to live two people.
