The room itself is very nice, spacious and cozy. However, if the shuttle bus can run more frequently would be better. It is very difficult for family with lots of luggage to walk to the shuttle bus stop. Thanks to the counter who helped us sort out the problem.

The only issue we have is the transport option. The only form of travel to the ski park is via the shuttle bus which only takes up to max 20 people unless you drive or prefer to walk for 15mins on foot to the ski park (out in the cold!)
No taxi service in the area. So if you met with another big group of travelers be prepared to wait for the next shuttle which is running on a 20-30mins interval.
The shuttle only bring you to the Sono moon hotel and from there you still need to walk about 6-10 mins to reach the ski park.
The hotel suite was spacious and nice and offer a nice view of the ski park.

Everything is good except the staff’s English proficiency and communication skills need to be improved. It very difficult to find a staff who can communicate with in English.

Booked the gold suite .
3 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed .
Master room have the strong odour smell coming from the bathroom .
Short distance walk from ski park .
Feeder bus provided every 10 mins , but we waited for an hour cause driver thought we going sono village and refused to pick us .
After seeking help from sono moon front desk then we able to board on the bus .
Reason : they pronounced sono felice as
Sono Feli-ce . So do rem Tis if u taking the bus . As there r 2 buses there , one per hr to village , another every 10 to n fro from felice .
