第一：出差定的19-21號共兩天房間，19入住後，20號回來正常上樓回房間，發現房卡刷不了，第一次下樓找前台，前台告知説我衹定了一天房。無奈把訂單給她看，説他們搞錯了，接着給我加了一天時間，並且説可以開門了。第二次上樓到房間門口，依舊打不開房門。下樓再次找前台，他們給刷成樓下513房間（大無語，不知道樓下那間房有沒有人，要是真去了那間房打開，裏面有人不得一臉懵逼），又給我重新刷卡613，第三次上樓，才打開房門。
古有大禹三過家門而不入，今有三進逸柏國際酒店（荊州洪湖龍街店）而難入！
第二：酒店使用的2024.4的臨期水。不是説不能喝並且我已經喝了，而是想説作為一個三星酒店，這種細節不是很合適吧

住過這麼多酒店
最臟的一家
電話上都是煙灰
地面有黑色污跡
牆上都是腳印
屋裡煙味特大（第二天把睡衣拿出來都是煙味）
即使是帶麻將機的房間，抽煙的多可以理解
那這不就是房掃存在的意義嗎？？？
建議入住的小夥伴提前看下房間再做決定
謹慎啊
對了，臨走時發現衞生間牆角有螞蟻🐜，忘記拍照了

這次入住體驗不錯！一進大堂，寬敞明亮的空間和精緻的裝修就給人很舒服的感覺。房間佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店員工服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都非常迅速。

出差住這個店，價格不高酒店還免費送了早餐，品種很豐富，餐廳大姐服務也很熱情，餐廳也很特別，是一個陽光餐廳，早晨的陽光撒在餐廳，讓人心情很愉悦，前台小姐姐服務也很好，聽説我睡眠淺，貼心的給我安排了靠小區的房間，房間乾濕分離，設計也不錯，熱水出水很快，洗澡很舒服，床墊和枕頭睡得特別舒服，這個價位用這個床品着實讓人驚喜，愛了愛了，下次出差還是來這裏，性價比太高了，哈哈，真是一次滿意的體驗！

酒店外表看着舊舊的，但是房間特新，而且設施挺齊全，意料之外的還有小陽台。性價比很高。空調很快就制熱。很舒服。店家大堂負責人特別熱情，服務也周到，還推薦給我們很多當地特色美食😆

房間很好，給我分配了靠小區的房間，出去辦事回來晚上很安靜，房間衞生也很乾凈，還配有茶葉，酒店出門就是公交站，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，告訴我怎麼坐車，離酒店不遠就是洪湖一河兩岸，快到端午節了，河裡還有龍舟在訓練，這裏的龍舟好像和別的地方不一樣，是鳳頭的，問了下前台，説這是洪湖的特色，有點意思，下次出差還住這裏，感覺挺方便的，吃喝玩附近都有
