酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，服務人員態度沒有同行親和。晚上睡覺外面的一排掛機有點吵，差點睡不着，以毒攻毒把房內的空調打開，就還好。茶葉年限有點久，小細節上改善一下，畢竟在這個城市價格不便宜。其他的環境衞生設施都非常好。停車也方便。

酒店位置比較好，周邊吃喝玩樂都比較方便，晚上休息也比較安靜，房間乾淨整潔衞生，門口停車也比較方便，性價比比較高。

在快捷酒店裡算是中規中矩的。房間設施基本齊全，空調給力，床品舒適，沒有衣櫃。衞生乾淨整潔。周邊環境一般，感覺洪湖市區環衞工作人員徵少，街道無人清理。酒店離江邊比較近，可以去走走。門前可以停車。早餐尚可。

住過最差的酒店，驢友們注意避坑。下單時備註了要一個安靜的房間，睡下後整晚機械低頻振動通過樓板傳過來，沒法睡，所謂的深睡床墊，翻個身就吱嘎作響，床頭的所謂智能控制的開關面板的按鍵燈，沒有設計遮擋，關燈睡覺，亮光近距離直射眼睛，衞生間水温太低。也就是説在硬件設計和加盟管理方面都很糟糕，已將這家店和這個品牌列入黑名單。
