設施很簡陋，套房客廳衹有沙發，連個櫃子都沒有，冰箱也沒有。晚上服務人員衹有一個人，在前台根本走不開，要什麼東西都得自己下樓取，也別不方便。房間剛維修過，天花板吊頂上下口都沒封上。房間剛用作結婚，各種貼的膠都沒清理乾淨。很多蚊子。很吵。不一一吐槽了。

房間乾淨整潔 ，酒店設施齊全，就是我們住的房間空調製熱功能障礙，服務員答應給調換房間，服務熱情周到，免費停車。

酒店很大很不錯，配套餐飲和娛樂設施都有。然而即使國慶期間客人也不多，有點可惜。作為洪湖旅遊區的一個出入口，又是革命老區，增加特色，營銷做好些應該增加入住率。

第一次住這麼無語的酒店，洗澡洗了一半就沒熱水了，打前台電話一個小時都沒人接，下去找也沒人在，最後等了一個多小時給的回答就是，他們的水用一會就要燒，讓我們把水開小一點，然後我們繼續等了一個小時，水熱了去洗頭髮剛打濕又沒熱水了，真的很離譜，現在還早頂着一頭濕發跑去外面理髮店洗。門卡也經常出問題刷不開，體驗感極差。

在瞿家灣鎮上算得上是豪華酒店了，離景點很近，雖不提供早餐，附近的早餐店不少，特別是離菜市場近，方便採購當地的特色新鮮應季菜品。房間相對顯得舊，衞生條件適合自駕短程居住。
