體驗感拉滿！環境非常滿意。地理位置也很好，我們定的陽台房非常明智，能看到沅江。入住也是細節滿滿，入住當天剛好是端午節，酒店送了孩子們手工香囊，還有工作人員帶娃一起做。老母親真的太感動了，看到有孩子也馬上安排了孩子的拖鞋牙刷等物品，並且送到房間。晚上的粽子，紅豆粥也是讓人非常舒心…這肯定是下次會再來的酒店。個人建議，如果東西多的話，建議開車進停車場口的時候就把行李拿進酒店，停車場入口就在酒店大門口邊上，停了車以後拖着太多行李箱不太方便，都是石板路。

整個酒店太有感覺了，會館改建，全部是榫卯木質結構，智能家居，有晚安甜湯，製作香包、扇子，免費租借古裝，位置就在古商城口，服務員全部着旗袍，耐心細緻，臨走忘記了充電器，很快幫忙寄出了，人還沒回家，充電器已經先到家了

設施：房間裏面都是智能控制，房間裏面很細心，有濕廁紙，還準備了一次性的馬桶墊，五金配件都是品牌的，看的出來很用心，
服務：服務態度很好，我訂的是江景陽台房間。坐在陽台上欣賞江邊的風景真的很不錯，
環境：環境很好，古香古色，值得推薦

酒店就在景區門口是木頭房子，四合院的感覺非常有特色，乾淨整潔，最值得一提的是沒想到服務這麼好，尤其是楊顏毓小姐姐，非常貼心，對我們的的反饋響應很及時，笑容也好，也很貼心，做扇子的大姐人也很好，服務意識很強，我們都退房了，也很熱情地幫我們做扇子。贊贊贊。

機緣巧合來這兒旅遊，挑住宿時眼花繚亂，還好選了這家，體驗超棒！
先説餐食，早餐有現做的本地特色鴨子粉，口感爽滑，滋味豐富，味道正宗，給一天注入滿滿活力；正餐的菜品色香味俱全，再加上本地特色的時令菜色，每一口都是頂級享受。
民宿的整體風格是那種江南水鄉的獨特温柔，木質傢俱、雕花窗欞、古樸擺件，處處散發著典雅韻味，我一進來進來彷彿穿越回舊時光，氛圍感拉滿。
位置也相當優越，一下車就直達民宿，對面就是洪江古商城景區，想去其他本地特色風景區，出門直接打車，我是自駕來的，車就停樓下，節省了不少時間。
服務更是沒話説，從前台熱情的接待，到入住時貼心的指引，再到幫忙規劃行程，工作人員始終耐心細緻，有任何需求都能及時解決。這次入住，吃好、住好、玩好，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

算是洪江古商城最好的酒店了，服務水平比去年有所提升，房間的設施設備也很不錯，其實比一線城市很多五星酒店的都要好。今年比較可惜，沒吃到去年的甜酒小湯圓，早餐還不錯，推薦吃湯麪條。

酒店位置很好，就在故城入口處，酒店本身是民國時期老建築，很有味道，可能是故城最好的酒店。服務更好，很熱情，來回都有人接送行李。確實有家的感覺，非常感謝！
