感覺設施設備都沒得話説，雖然房間比想象中小一點，但是乾淨整潔，不過可能有一點點味道，建議老闆可以弄點除味道的竹炭什麼的。 但是，有一個問題必須要提出來，有點無語和生氣：我們入住的時間是晚上18點左右，因為從重慶趕過去的，我們到的時候是3個男的接待我們，説酒店已經住滿了，就剩我們這間網上預訂的還沒到。然後很愉快的入住後，我和我老公出門吃了飯回來，大概20點到21點左右吧（具體記不清了），我都已經脱了衣服準備洗澡，突然房門被打開了，還好有個防盜鏈擋着，我換衣服的地方正對門口，我老公也是從床上嚇得彈起來了，聽開門的客人説是前台讓他住這間，我們想着可能弄錯了也沒計較，開錯門的人也走了。沒過十分鐘，突然又有人來敲門，我又被迫穿上衣服，這次是一個前台的小妹，張口就問我們為什麼住這個房間，我火瞬間就上來了，你們前台不給我卡我怎麼能進房間？！站我們門口問了幾分鐘才離開，我還沒來得及消氣，一會前台有個男的又給我打電話來了……那個時候都已經九點過了吧，雖然解釋説什麼前台入住程序出了問題，可是我感覺那個小妹的態度和話語也是有一定問題的，我是消費者，其實無論你們出什麼問題都不怪我身上吧，剛開始連句道歉都沒有，就在那裡質問我們為什麼在這個房間，難道我還可以自己翻窗進來嗎！
