"This is a business hotel. The shuttle service comes on time and in 30mins intervals. The room is spacious and clean. the service is ok. some staff are really friendly, some are not. It depends. The only thing we hate is the pillows. all the pillows provided were ridiculously soft. it is as if the pillow case were almost empty. Had a bad neck for my 3 night stay here. other than that, all is good."

"The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired.
The room was also quite clean.
But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station."

"The hotel is decorated in an industrial style (which I personally don't like very much). The hotel feels relatively young and fashionable, and it feels like most of the people coming and going are young people.
The room is not big, and the bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry areas.

"We had a comfortable one-night stay before an early morning flight out of Schiphol. It's only a 2 minute walk from the bus station and an under 15 minute ride by bus (they come pretty regularly, even at 6 AM) over to the airport. The hotel design has an environmental/animal focus, and it was pretty cool. It also seemed pretty newly renovated too. But would not recommend staying here if you're making the commute into the city center every day - takes quite a while and the trains aren't cheap."

"I think the overall trip to the Bastion Hotel was decent. The location was really convenient if you're looking for somewhere near the airport, especially for a short stay. The shuttle bus from the airport was on time and had great service. Cleanliness was good, with a bit of dust, but overall, it was great with standards. Still, I would say that the facilities will need checking due to the lack of refurbishment; some lights in the room were flashing, and the shower overflowed with water because the drain wasn't working."

MMarion7005As you come down the stairs of the train station you can see the hotel sign on your left. It's very closeby, you cross the road and walk down some stairs and have a straight path to the hotel. We arrived late at night but the receptionist was very helpful and even told us about the last order at the restaurant. We also bought the breakfast tickets there, which is a buffet for €15 which was a bargain and got us ready for the day. The hotel was clean, there's a sauna and gym. The room were very spacious and clean. To go to your room you need to scan your card in the lift which added extra layer of safety.
There's a bar as well which is open until fairly late and we even stayed in the lobby to play boardgames and other people were there too, which made the atmosphere even cosier.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's clean, quiet and away from city centre but still very accessible to the centre and a stop away from the airport!

GGuest UserThe revolving doors were moving at a very high speed. There were no porters to help. The floor to the entrance is uneven, with protruding metal strips that make it hard to drag the bags with wheels smoothly. My bag was stuck in the metal strip, and the high-speed revolving door hit my suitcase and pushed it, causing me to fall on my back and hit my head on the street. No one from the hotel assisted. The strangers on the street helped me get up, and take me inside the hotel. The hotel staff was uncooperative and did not get me a medical doctor because it was 10minutes beyond 6:00 PM in the evening. That is the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.

GGuest UserIt's a good hotel for just one night. Please lower your expectations because despite a four star rating and a Hilton name attached to it, it's nothing short of a hostel in terms of changing you for everything. No water in the rooms, luggage storage room is charged at 5 euros per room. Staff are very friendly though. Breakfast nothing especial and can get quite busy.

FFaivocalsThe hotel was a little far out, away from food establishments and other shops, but my stay there was bliss of course. I managed to order takeaway and they have a mini 24/7 market near reception so I got my necessary goodies. You have to pay for the airport shuttle which is a little bizarre but it was a comfortable ride. It is Marriott, can’t go wrong with this one.

TTENG YONGYes, it is located in quite a remote location, but it is still convenient to get to with bus 300 or 397. It's just a 1 min walk from the bus stop, and 1 bus stop away from a train station. I'd rather stay here than noisy Amsterdam Central area. It's very much peaceful in the area.

TThomas MunthaliI was booked at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport after the first hotel l booked could not find my booking though l had paid and had the confirmation. However, Trip.com helped and booked me at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. And it turned out as the better hotel and better room as service than my previous hotel. For sure when l am around Schiphol airport, l will definitely book again Moxy Hotel through Trip.com.
The roam was clean, the lighting was great and the room was generally welcoming and also clean.

Needs improvement: The breakfast experience could be better. The variety of options is quite limited, and there was often only one person restocking the buffet, which caused delays. On several days, basic items like bread, milk, and juice ran out, and guests had to wait a long time for refills. Additionally, the cleanliness of the buffet area did not always meet expectations.
Room cleanliness also needs improvement. It was noticeable that rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, and daily cleaning seemed superficial rather than deep.
