The property is very nice. As in the name, it embraces eco-tourism. For a short visit it's nice. Also recommended as stay-cation. Pros: 1. Rooms are large enough. Designed with indigenous products and murals. 2. Swimming pool is good length. Good for a long swim. 3. Gardens are well appointed. Flowers all around. 4. One can take a stroll and spend a nice evening. 5. Games room has 4/5 indoor games good enough to play through a day. 6. Food is good. Tasty and good quantity. Price is on the higher end for no good reason. 7. The staffs are very well behaved and warm. They try to attend to every problem. Cons: 1. The service isn't upto the mark. Once a property crosses a price-point, in this case 7,000/- INR per night (with breakfast) the service should be upto the mark as well. They are Manning the service of the resort with locals who are hardly trained in hospitality sector. Even with the best of intentions they cannot understand the basic needs and lacks readiness. 2. It being a pet friendly resort we found unwarranted smells and pet hair at many places like couches. 3. The washroom was horribly smelly. Used it just coz there was no other option. 4. Highly understaffed. 5. Check room after check in as we had variety of unworkable equipments like electric kettle, soap dispenser, etc. Tips: Bring loads of drinking water as except the first 1 litre rest of the mineral water bottles are charged unnecessarily. Even a bucket of ice is charged. Though there are not much mosquito -s there are varied insects and flies. Carrying an Insect repellent is advisable. Booking directly might be cheaper.
