Best Friendliest Service you could ever ask for. They provide the best services that you might need and they are not over bearing in asking if you need anything. They offer anything that you may need that they can provide. Happy Lady at front desk. Very clean and comfortable rooms with anything you may need.

Had a good 2 nights stay here this Summer. Staff were friendly, room was nice and a good size, beds were clean and comfortable, TV and Fridge worked well, and shower was fine. Felt like I got a decent bargain for my money. The place was full for the weekend. Great location near Hope Memorial Park, the Blue Moose Café, grocery store, and walking distance to lots of places to eat. I’d stay here again if I was visiting Hope or needed a place to crash for the night. Air conditioner was old-looking and noisy, but it worked and that’s what matters. Sadly the wooden Bear statues in the pictures were no longer out front.

Sloppy partial renovations. Some taps not working. Door key did not work without a lot of fiddling. Bathroom ceiling fan missing. New wing may be OK.stairs to second floor not clean. Front drapes off track. Smoke detector not working. Took 3 phone calls for front desk to check us in.

This place is a dump and we are pretty easy to please people. The s#$t hole that we paid for prior to looking at it first was by far the most disgusting motel I have ever seen. This suite looked like something you would find on skid row... .no joke! Couldn't pay me to sit on anything in that suite. The lady moved us to a new renovated room which was obviously much better than what we had, but this room was tiny and no bathtub and no microwave or hairdryer, no iron or ironing board...poor lighting in bathroom, no closet or full length mirror or no phone or TV cable. Good location but would never stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Three family members booked this hotel for June 2 to 8, 2023 as we love to stay in this central location. While some construction is taking place there we were away most days visiting family and attending a graduation. The room was mediocre, the bathroom door does not close, the TV did not work and we had to ask for more towels. On the morning of the fourth day they began doing landscaping and paving the parking lot which meant no parking on-site, piles of debris and rocks in front of our suite and incredible noise beginning very early. Our stay there was ruined by this. The owner and front desk insisted they had informed us of this which is not true. Problem is that due to pipeline construction finding another room was not an option. All three of us are seniors, I am legally blind so navigating paving equipment, piles of debris and having my sleep interrupted continuously did not make for a good holiday. I will never stay at this hotel again. The service and charm that once was City Centre has been renovated out. So sad.

Wir haben sas motel gebucht da wir einen unplanmässigen zwischenstop in hope gemacht haben. Von aussen haben wir uns keine grossen hoffnungen gemacht wurden dadurch absolut von den zimmern überrascht. Alles neu ewnoviert ein super badezimmer und ein sehr gutes bett. Die lage ist top, alles kann zu fuss erkundet werden. Die mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn es um tip's in und um hope geht. Wir würden das motel sofort wieder buchen.
