Marine Quarter Apartments by CLLIX

The overall cleanliness of the room is straight 5 stars stay quality. Room amenities and particularly the beach view are the most memorable part of our stay here with CLLIX. The staffs are really friendly and polite and provide any requests we need although when we ask for a fixing of the drying machine they didn't come back when we request to come back for another hour. Overally an enjoyable experience staying.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. I forgot to take a photo of the balcony door which didn't have a hinge or lock. That was very disappointing to us as we have 2 toddlers and we don't know if they end up pushing the door open to get outside alone. In terms of cleanliness, i wonder how long the place hasn't been dusted? There was dust accumulated on the bottom corners of the balcony doors and showers even walking on the loving floor felt grainy. The bedside tables shows some dust and hair in the corners. There was a floss in one of the bins hanging out which was disgusting esp that we had to throw our bins out. However, the beds were comfortable, the sun comes in on the whole apartment and it is well heated.

Their gym and pool was not opened , and hasn’t been open in a long time . Room was clean , service a bit hard to get contact with the apartment staff , need to call their number and it takes you to their contact centre . Overall the room is clean , one thing to note is i stayed one week , they didn’t give enough laundry liquid or dish washing liquid . No coffees or teas provided . Not like an airbnb apartment at all . Not much was provided .

Great, clean apartment in great location with great view. We enjoyed our time spent here.

Clean throughout, very friendly staff, great underground parking.

There was a lot of communication issues prior to check in. Drainage issue was fixed quickly. There is no house keeper for the apartment even though I rented 6 days. No replacement of toilet amenities.
