"Had a poor experience. There was no check in details sent to me and waited over an hour to gain access to the building. Once eventually checked in the apartment was very nice and clean but again on check out, had no information. Tried contacting the contact details I had with no answer of phone, no reply to txts and it’s now the night on the day I checked out and I still haven’t had any contact of whether they got the keys where I left them"

"The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, suitable for vacation, and the room is spacious. In addition to being a little far from the city, the hotel does not provide any shuttle bus service. It is a bit expensive and time-consuming to call Uber back and forth. It is very suitable for vacationing in the hotel without too many activities in the city."

"Had to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it. The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it. The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee) I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us. The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice. The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water. They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming."

"Convenient transportation, 15 minutes drive from the theme park, the room is clean and tidy, there is a swimming pool, the motel is convenient, convenient, and the price is OK. ."

"The hygiene problem is very poor. The quilt is covered with feces or something. The toilet was not cleaned on the first day when I moved in. There was still leftover cake in it. The most annoying thing is that we arrived late on the first day and didn't check in. There was no one on duty and there was no late check-in. So we had to take a taxi nearby and find a hotel. Because it is very close to Movie World, it is close to several theme parks but far from the city center. But the service here is okay, and they are quite warm and friendly. Yesterday, there was a violent storm here on Christmas Day that cut off the internet and power. It was so scary. But I probably won’t come again next time."

"We stayed at the paradise farm for one night. This is our first time to live in a tent. It feels good. We are three of our family this time, a little scared, but overall it is safer and can live in a cabin. It is recommended that several families can live in the tent together and feel good. If you live there, you can feed small animals for free in the evening. This is the real close contact with the animals. The kangaroo touches enough, the koala is too much, and the old is entangled with you, because no one, experience Especially good. My daughter said that the trip to Australia is the favorite farm in paradise. The next morning, you can follow the farmer's milk for free, feed the cows, and lick the eggs. In addition, the bathroom is large and clean, although not independent, it is still very convenient. I don’t need an alarm clock in the morning, all kinds of birds scream, I will wake you up, but the children will not wake up when they sleep well."

"The overall park was fantastic, it had everything we needed without having to leave. Our room however was awful. We stayed in the safari tent and the deck, outdoor area and designated car space was unusable due to the bird droppings, the smell was horrendous and over a 4 day stay we had to wash our car 3 times due to damages."
