Quite Cottage on Private Lake w/Fishing Boat Included!

Lake 21 is a small 69 acre quite lake with no public access and great fishing! Beautiful views from deck. Cottage is located toward the end of a private cul-de-sac. The cottage sleeps 6. With one full size bed and two queen beds. Also has pull out sofa in living area for kids. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bathroom has sink, toilet and shower Bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets provided. Gas grill is ready for use on the deck overlooking the lake. There are several stairs to the water and beautiful new deck with it's own dock. The 15' aluminum Grumman boat w/15 hp, 4-stroke awaits with a full tank of gas. Bring your own fishing gear. Good swimming off of the lake deck. Your private watercraft is not allowed on the lake. If you do decide to bring your own boat there are several larger lakes in the area with public access. Please bring your own beach towels. Please fill boat gas. No smoking in cottage. The cottage is open year around. We have had a few problems with dogs, so no dogs allowed.
