This was a great stay from check in the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile there was a lady at the desk I didn’t get her name but she was very informative. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The housekeeper service my room daily. It was quiet and all the staff were welcoming. We will stay here again!

I called from the road and was offered a rate comparable to online booking rates. Check in was fast and efficient and they gave me the number to reactivate my rewards program so I could collect points on the stay. It appeared the power had been off for some repairs as the ice machines werent producing yet which is probably why our refrigerator had an 'off' smell and they intermediately relocated us to the room next door. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and didnt have any musty smells. The hotel is near the highway but we were not kept awake by any noise. The next morning breakfast had a variety of offerings and the area was sparking clean. The owner/manager (I assume) approached me and told me he had already gave me a discount due to the inconvenience and he also was on the spot making sure anything dropped on the floors was immediately swept up. This was the best customer service we experienced on a 9 day road trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
