Oh my god. Rooms are hot and not very clean. Plus we had the added bonus of have a man sleeping on the couch 🛋️ n the lobby area of our floor at 1 am and still there at 6am. Scared my wife big time as we are used to safety and a clean and cool room. Problem is NO REFUNDS so we are stuck here for next 2 nights. We will survive, I hope. I do have pictures and videos
