Noisy and hot. Very uncomfortable stay because of the noisy road (have to leave the window open as there’s no ac) and passive smoke from neighbours/restaurant. Bathroom also not properly separated from the main living area which is not ideal with sleeping children in the main bedroom.

Extremely well suited for travellers especially from Asia as the rooms and facilities are well planned. We stayed for 3 nights but did not need to call or look for a staff member. Everything was automated. Best location with the Bus stop just downstairs. Only Issue is with the Bar downstairs ( not belonging to the hotel) and the play area in front, it can be Noisy and disturbing even late at night. Otherwise a Superb Stay and already recommended to a few others

The 'superior room' was ok for a short stay. Room had a small stove top, think it was induction, micro, utensils, glasses, plates and small refrigerator. . Believe the room is serviced only every 5 days. There is a coffee maker but limited pods and no milk. The bathroom has a frosted glass door, open at top and bottom so not much privacy. A motion sensor light goes on when using the toilet at night illuminating not only the bathroom since there is a glass door. There is only one reading lamp and it was in the middle of the bed, somewhat awkward if one wants to read without keeping the spouse awake. There was a bus stop nearby and it was possible to walk to Horw, where bus tickets can be bought. A few restaurants are within walking distance but not many choices on Sunday. This hotel does not provide the bus pass provided by inner city hotels. At 4.10 CHF one way, bus fares can add up possibly negating any savings by staying outside the city. The facility is contactless, there apparently is no hotel management on site. One has to download an app that opens the building and room door via bluetooth so make sure your phone is fully charged. For us, we had major problems with the app and had to delete, reload the app several times to finally open the door to get into the building and again into the room, fortunately it was not cold, nor raining. Recommendation is to find a housekeeper in the morning who can generate a door card so that there are no app issues.

I booked this hotel online after lot of research & search as hotels in Switzerland are so expensive especially during holiday season. So, we finally booked this apartment hotel with keeping our fingers crossed. Pros 1. Close to Luzern train station. It is about 15min bus ride from the station 2. Bus stops is bang opposite of hotel so very easy to travel to & fro from station. The bus frequency is about 15min. 3. It has small kitchenette, which is enough cook for small meals & B/F etc 4. The checkin and entry into hotel is troublesome and it took a while to make it work properly but once you get used to it then it's a breeze. Infact, we helped lot of travelers later to enter into hotel & given them demo. 5. The bed, bed linen and towels were clean 6. It had a nice balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the view of a beautiful mountain. 7. Superfast internet with excellent coverage across hotel. Cons 1. Since, it was booking for 3 ( 2 adult & 1 child), they had set up 3 beds which occupied lot of space in the room. I think they should have provision for kid's bed when they know the age of the guest. 2. The main door to bathroom had to locking arrangement, which is a problem when you have small kid travelling with you. Also, the door does not completely get shut and some gap remains which does not provide complete privacy to the user. If hotel could take care of these couple of issues then it is best option for the budget travelers.

The room is quite clean, there are coffee stains on the ceiling, there are no independent light points between the two parts of the room, the bathroom is the real flaw, small, with a glass door that does not close, it is a really tiny sink. The location of the residence in addition to being outside the city, is located in a place where there is nothing nearby, not even a bar for breakfast. Recommended only for necessities 😌

The internet is very fast. It is close to the city center and there is a bus every 15 minutes from across the hotel. I didn't like that there was no employee in the hotel, and I didn't find it safe either. We had problems opening the door. The bathroom door is made of glass and doesn't close. This is a very thoughtless choice.

We were treated very well! They solved every single problem we had down to the smallest details! The apartment is nice, clean, complete in a great location (near the HSLU University and near the lake). The center of Lucerne is only 10 minutes away by bus/car. A large shopping center (PilatusMarkt) is only 1 km away. They also agreed to receive our mail. Very kind! Reasonable price, as is the price of the parking available. Dog lovers are welcome! Our big dog had a great time on "his" mega balcony :) The presence of the kitchenette allowed us to eat at home every day or almost and therefore save a lot of money considering the prices of restaurants in Switzerland!
